You will receive an email questionnaire so that I can gather some information on where you are at with your current diet, exercise and supplement program. I will also see what your health and wellness goals are as well as answer any questions you may have on any of my products.

Together we will create a formula for you to implement into your daily routine.

We will set goals and bench marks to track your progress.

There will be a follow up call after 2 weeks see how well you are doing.
