My kids were always in and out of urgent care during winter months in past 2023. Thank God we found this vitamin. My kids and I have been taking this vitamin. We add a little juice or take it pure. When I notice one of my kids is coming down with something I will give it to them 2-3x per day and lots of rest and water. I have been recommending it to other parents like me or adults that has been getting sick pretty often. Really good vitamins.. This was the only thing that we added so far in our daily routine.
